I’m Sally Reeve and I teach women in their 40s, 50s and 60s a different way to lose weight forever and learn to love themselves.

My approach is different to other weight loss programmes, because I go right to the root cause of the problem and help you to make lasting changes in your unconscious mind so that you never have to diet again.

I do this by explaining how and why food becomes a problem and helping you to make changes, once and for all, in how you feel about food and drink and giving you the tools to become free of your past habits and addictions.

My deep and underlying values are to empower women to help themselves and then go on to help others.

My company is called ‘Helping You, Helping Others’, HYHO, because the core values we hold are to help you to become whole and then go on to fulfil your purpose in the world, by using your own unique gifts to help other people.

This is much more than a weight loss programme, it is a way of finding the reason you are here and gaining the confidence to express yourself in the world.

Ultimately, my vision is to empower women worldwide to build schools and businesses to educate their children and provide jobs for them.

To this end, there are programmes to suit women at all stages of their development.

The How to C.O.P.E. 4 module course is the starting point. A two hour introductory programme which can help you to make lasting changes in the way you behave around food, we will teach you how to retrain your brain to become happy, healthy and free.

What qualifies me to do this?

I have 30 years of experience in nutrition and weight management and have helped many thousands of people to lose weight, keep it off and feel happy and healthy as a result.

Starting my career as a research assistant for Imperial Chemical Industries, I worked in their toxicology, metabolism, and central nervous system pharmacology units. It was here that my fascination with the relationship between what we eat and how our brain makes sense of the world, began.

After a break to have 3 of my 4 children, a friend asked me to help her with her charitable healing centre in Kent and I started my nutritional therapy work. I did a postgraduate course in nutrition and became a Certified European Nutritional Practitioner (CECNP), I started my own clinic in 1998 and went on to train in holistic NLP (RAPSI) and also built up a weight management business, which has been steadily growing over the past 15 years.

One of my proudest moments was when I was invited to attend the National Obesity Forum’s reception at 10 Downing Street in 2014.

I have campaigned locally and nationally to get funding for treatment of the obesity epidemic, visiting the Cabinet Member for Health at Sessions House in Maidstone and also the House of Lords.

In 2015 I realized that all of the work I had done over the years had come together and I could see how the brain chemistry, the physical body, the emotional body and the consciousness were all interconnected and how to intervene to heal them.

This was the beginning of the How to C.O.P.E. method.

It has taken almost three years to get the clarity, hone the method and test the processes, which have resulted in the deceptively simple model you see today.
